Sr. Operator

The Van Drunen Family of Companies is growing and seeking a Sr. Operator to support production areas, including drying, freezing, grinding, sifting, boxing, and packaging. The role requires strong decision-making, communication, and leadership skills, as well as basic math, reading, and computer skills.

Requirements

• At least one year of production experience or equivalent training
• Strong decision-making, communication, and leadership skills
• Basic math, reading, and computer skills; ability to use ERP systems and create reports
• Familiarity with Lock Out/Tag Out (LOTO) procedures and safety protocols
• Forklift experience and certification preferred (training provided if needed)
