Trade Show & Events Specialist

The Van Drunen Family of Companies is seeking a Trade Show & Events Specialist to plan, coordinate, and execute approximately 30–35 trade shows, conferences, and events annually. The ideal candidate will have three to five years of experience in trade show management, marketing, sales, or event planning, and a bachelor's degree in marketing, public relations, communications, business, or a related field.

Requirements

• Three to five years of experience in trade show management, marketing, sales, or event planning.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, public relations, communications, business, or a related field.
• Strong project management, organizational, and vendor management skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with confidence speaking publicly.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and productivity technologies, with comfort using AI-enabled tools.
• Ability to think creatively, manage deadlines, and adapt under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, stand for extended periods, and frequently bend and lift during event setup and teardown.
• Adequate vision, hearing, and verbal communication abilities for in-person and phone interactions.
