Job Description
Van Metre is seeking a Maintenance Technician to work on site at The Landings at Hard Scrabble Apartments in Columbia, SC. The role involves general maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of the property, as well as interacting with residents and staff.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of maintenance experience or valid training
- HVAC Certification preferred
- Strong understanding of appliance, electrical and plumbing repair
- Basic knowledge of HVAC and electrical circuitry
- Current on OSHA, building and safety standards
- Valid drivers' license
