As a Contract Affairs Officer, within the team of contract adjustments, you are an essential link in the contract management of lease cars and are together with your colleagues administratively responsible for everything that needs to be processed in the meantime or at the end of a lease contract.

Requirements

• Perform lease car calculations (e.g. adjustments based on mileage / term);
• Administer contract terminations (e.g. Buyout & Takeover);
• Request required data from internal/external parties;
• Prepare end invoices and reconciliation;
• Inform internal and external customers about changes and terminations (via e-mail / phone)
