Requirements
- A completed law degree with a specialization in corporate law
- 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience as a company lawyer, within the legal profession or notary
- Experience with corporate law and contract law
- A familiarity with data protection legislation is an asset
- Competences: structured, accurate, pragmatic and decisive
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English
