We are looking for a Service Advisor to join our team at Van Mossel Citroën DS in Amsterdam. As a Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and the link between the customer and your colleagues in the workshop. You will process everything that happens in the workshop to the customer's car administratively and ensure that customers leave with a satisfied feeling and a smile!

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as a service advisor in the automotive industry
• Excellent mastery of the Dutch language in word and writing
• Full-time availability
