Nurse (RN or LPN)

A Nurse administers resident care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and/or a physician to maintain the highest level of resident care. Administering medication as prescribed by the physician, answering call lights, completing documentation of care given, following residents care plans, and reporting any abnormal findings/unsafe conditions.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
• Current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse with the State Board of Nursing
• CPR certification recommended
• Experience in a position with similar goals and responsibilities
