We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager focused on acquiring, retaining, and deepening relationships with our members. This role centers on understanding and enhancing the member experience across our chequing and savings products.

Requirements

• A university degree, preferably in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 5-10 years of professional experience in Marketing (preferably in the financial services sector)
• Proven experience leading engaged marketing teams
• Strong business acumen and knowledge of strategic business drivers and how these translate into marketing strategy
• Proven ability to partner with data-driven stakeholders such as cross-functional teams and Product leads
