Job Description
The Whitecaps FC mission is To Unite and Inspire Our Communities. We are looking for a new team member to join Vancouver Whitecaps FC in the position of Coach, Grassroots and Community.
Requirements
- Guide and lead young soccer players (aged 7-16) through our development curriculum.
- Work with a team of professional coaches to plan and execute our soccer programs.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of training methodologies and ensure that they are maintained on a regular basis.
- Provide clear communication and good customer service to participants, parents, and administrators
- Show appropriate behaviour and maintain suitable conduct towards athletes, officials, and spectators.
- Adhere to our Code of Conduct, including Safe Sport measures, as well as lead by example.
- Complete program tracking and maintain good records
