Loan Originator (LO)

Loan Originator guides customers through the loan process from start to finish, decides if the loan is approved, and evaluates loan applications. The role creates and fosters relationships to build trust and rapport while providing an excellent customer experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
• Nationwide Multistate Licensing Systems (NMLS) licensing for assigned states required
• Basic computer skills with ability to type at least 25 wpm
• Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently via phone, email, and person to person
• Great attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Knowledge of AS/400, Word, and Excel a plus
