Job Description
Vanderbilt University Medical Center is seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist to join its Labor and Delivery team in Tullahoma, TN. The successful candidate will assist in surgical procedures, provide direct and indirect patient care, and support mothers and newborns with excellence and empathy.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved specific discipline OR successful completion of a surgical technologist training program during the applicant's service as a member of any branch of the armed forces of the United States.
- Less than 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Certification from one of the listed issuers: NBSTSA CST – National Board of Surgical Technologist and Surgical Assistants Certified Surgical Technologist or NCCT – TS-C – National Center for Competency Testing, Tech In Surgery.
