Job Description
The Senior Accountant is responsible for the day-to-day business operations, approving purchase requisitions, performing financial analysis, and interacting with other finance teams. The position requires a deep understanding of accounting concepts and theories.
Requirements
- Approving all purchase requisitions
- Performing various complex financial analysis
- Reviewing and approving expense transactions
- Preparing month end general ledger analysis
- Preparing accounts receivable uploads
- Preparing sales taxes
- Preparing all intercompany entries
- Overseeing the department's purchasing card program
- Assisting in preparing quarterly forecasts
- Operating budgets
- Monthly headcount reconciliations
- Monthly cost/revenue forecasts and reconciliations
