Enrollment Specialist, Evaluation and Selection

The Enrollment Specialist, Evaluation & Selection is a key individual contributor responsible for enhancing the OGSM's admitted and deposited student yield initiatives. The role involves applicant interview management, coordinating yield communication, and planning and executing onboarding activities across all programs at OGSM.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in communications, marketing, or enrollment management within a higher education setting
• Exceptional writing and editing skills
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and/or CRM platforms, such as Technolutions Slate
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
• Attention to detail
• Analytical skills
