Member Services Representative, Credit Union

The Member Services Representative serves as a primary liaison between Vanderbilt Credit Union and its members, providing exceptional service, opening new accounts, and resolving concerns with professionalism and efficiency.

Requirements

• Welcome members and prospects to the credit union in a professional manner
• Provide prompt, efficient, and accurate service in the processing of transactions
• Open new accounts and service existing accounts
• Cross-sell credit union products and services to meet the member’s needs
• Handle requests from members for various transactions
• Maintain a helpful outlook
• Provide financial education to members
• Operate in compliance with laws and regulations
• Maintain and update account records
• Assist members at the teller line as needed
• Provide mentoring and coaching to support and develop staff
