The Member Services Representative serves as a primary liaison between Vanderbilt Credit Union and its members, providing exceptional service, opening new accounts, and resolving concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
Requirements
- Welcome members and prospects to the credit union in a professional manner
- Provide prompt, efficient, and accurate service in the processing of transactions
- Open new accounts and service existing accounts
- Cross-sell credit union products and services to meet the memberâs needs
- Handle requests from members for various transactions
- Maintain a helpful outlook
- Provide financial education to members
- Operate in compliance with laws and regulations
- Maintain and update account records
- Assist members at the teller line as needed
- Provide mentoring and coaching to support and develop staff
