• Trade-based qualification
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Understanding of industrial controls (PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, etc.)
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Physical fitness and ability to work at heights
• Good English written and verbal communication skills
• Permanent Residency or Australian citizenship
