IT Solution Support Engineer position providing 2nd-level support and technical expertise to customers and colleagues in the APAC region, reporting to the LCS Director SEA & Head of Value Office in Malaysia.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or electrical engineering
- 5-8 years of work experience in IT and/or logistical automation environment
- Knowledge and experience with Linux commands, Oracle PL/SQL, Oracle Databases, Application Servers, Java code, and Python scripting
- Good understanding of IT service management practices (ITIL v3/v4)
- Strong communication skills and good command of English language
- Willing to travel up to 25% of the time
