Office Administrator

We are looking for a proactive and organised team player to support our Office Manager in our North Sydney office. This is a hands-on role supporting the day-to-day running of a busy office of around 50 colleagues, while also assisting with administrative and financial tracking tasks.

Requirements

• Act as the first point of contact for internal and external enquiries, managing visitors, phone calls, Australia Post mail and the shared info.au inbox
• Support cross-functional stakeholders across APAC and Europe, working effectively across time zones
• Serve as 2IC to the Office Manager / Executive Assistant, coordinating office supplies, services and vendor relationships
• Maintain accurate asset registers for both offices and support vendor account management
• Manage telecom accounts for approximately 150 associates and coordinate travel support for local and international staff
• Reconcile corporate credit card expenses and support accurate cost-centre allocation to maintain strong financial controls
