CRM Senior Architect

CRM Senior Architect responsible for defining product roadmaps and architecture for Dynamics 365, leading the broader architecture community, and providing technical guidance to development teams.

Requirements

• Act as highest-level technical expert, resolving issues and identifying solutions
• Lead the definition of product roadmaps and architecture for Dynamics 365 and align them with business strategies and enterprise architecture
• Collaborate with the broader architecture community to ensure that the Dynamics 365 architecture aligns with target architectures and technology roadmaps
• Work with other product teams, technology experts, and business stakeholders to provide functional support
• Assist in the evaluation of vendors and products and participate in build vs. buy discussions with the product teams
• Identify new opportunities to improve solutions across the enterprise and provide input and support to the business
• Develop and review product architecture and design documentation
• Provide technical guidance to the development teams to ensure proper usage of the platform and tools
• Ensure the feasibility of requirements to meet the needs of the business
• Assist in the development of and management of architecture governance processes
• Track industry trends and maintain knowledge of new technologies
• Mentor less experienced crew members and contribute to overall development of the organization
• Participate in special projects as needed
