Internal Audit Engagement Manager – Investments & Funds

Vanguard is hiring an Internal Audit Engagement Manager to join their Global Investment & Finance Audit Services team. The role involves overseeing audit engagements and ensuring effective execution of audit work, as well as providing industry expertise and perspective to the team. The successful candidate will have experience in financial services, particularly in asset management, global investments, or capital markets.

Requirements

• Minimum of five years' related work experience in the financial services industry
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
• Experience managing the day-to-day execution of audit engagements
• Strong conceptual understanding of investment and trading lifecycles, fund governance structures, and regulatory frameworks
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders
