Product Manager, Senior Specialist (Digital)

Vanguard is seeking a Product Manager, Senior Specialist (Digital) to own the digital experience for Cash & Savings products across Vanguard's secure website. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in product management, digital experience, or related roles, and will be responsible for translating complex financial concepts into simple, intuitive, client-friendly experiences.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product management, digital experience, or related roles
• Proven ownership of complex, web-based consumer experiences
• Strong systems thinker comfortable working within shared platforms and constraints
• Experience collaborating with design, engineering, and risk/compliance teams, ideally in regulated industries (financial services, fintech, healthcare, etc.)
• Exceptional ability to simplify complexity and advocate for client-centered solutions
• Confidence navigating large, cross-functional stakeholder environments
• Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree preferred
