Senior Counsel, Accounting & Treasury

Vanguard is seeking a Senior Counsel for Finance Legal to provide legal guidance on banking and treasury activities and support corporate and commercial transactions.

Requirements

• Draft, negotiate and advise on various types of procurement contracts
• Structure, draft and negotiate managed services and outsourcing arrangements
• Draft and negotiate third-party debt agreements, credit facilities and related documentation
• Provide guidance on structuring global cash management solutions
• Provide legal support for general corporate matters
• Help develop and revise internal policies for banking and treasury activities
• Stay abreast of industry and regulatory developments affecting Vanguard
