Senior Financial Data Engineer

IMFS is a global team that seeks out new technologies to improve investment performance and embed a culture of innovation. Responsibilities include designing data pipelines, onboarding new data products, and collaborating with product and technology teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
• Strong knowledge of multiple financial data domains
• Deep knowledge of database concepts with proficiency in SQL and stored procedures
• 7+ years of strong coding experience in Python, C++, C#, and SQL
• Experience in processing large and complex datasets
• Equities trading environment and domain knowledge in market microstructure a plus
• Has intellectual curiosity and is highly motivated to learn application of new technologies
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
• Self-starter, motivated, independent, curious, versatile team player
