Job Description
Join the Advice & Wealth Management division as the Head of Wealth Management Business Development and help lift the Business Development organization to new heights. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in business development strategy and leadership, a passion for developing high-performing teams, and the ability to drive revenue growth in a competitive market.
Requirements
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to achieve organizational revenue targets and market expansion goals.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment and optimize lead generation processes.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the Business Development team to maximize productivity and foster a results-driven culture.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), providing regular feedback and coaching to ensure goals are met or exceeded.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Maintains an in-depth understanding of compliance and risk, regulatory and departmental policies and procedures.
