The Sr Lead Data Analyst (Marketing Advanced Analytics) role will enhance the performance of marketing campaigns through advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and data science techniques.
Requirements
- Minimum of eight years of related work experience with five years in advanced marketing strategy and optimization analytics
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Statistics, Data Science, Economics, or related field (Masters preferred)
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Tableau, Python for data manipulation, optimization algorithms and modeling using big data cloud platforms
- Understanding of A/B testing, regression, hypothesis testing, and statistical significance
- Familiarity with Marketing and Funnel KPIs like ROI, LTV, Attribution Metrics, Engagement Metrics
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
- Critical thinking & problem-solving skills to identify optimization opportunities and designing experiments
- Working cross-functionally and collaboratively with partner and support organizations E.g., Marketing, Sales, MarTech, Data Science, Data Engineering and other Analytics teams
