The Construction Manager provides assistance to the planning, coordination, and direction for construction management activities on projects to ensure they are on time, budget, schedule, and meet project performance and contractual requirements.
Requirements
- Maintains project documentation to insure accuracy of project data, information, communications, and approvals required by project and requirements between owner, architects, engineers, and other project related entities.
- Assists in monitoring and reporting compliance with contractual requirements of contractor, architect,engineer and other team members as applicable.
- Maintains complex project logs and tracking of relevant data and information for use by project staff and necessary entities.
- Participates in meeting preparation, support and follow up documentation.
- Participates in project closeout to ensure all requirements are met.
