We welcome a Business Analyst to join our team, where you will play a key role in shaping solutions that support our Group goals and future strategy. You will gather, analyse, and manage business requirements, collaborate with stakeholders, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our Business Analysis practice.
Requirements
- Proven experience working as a Business Analyst within complex change environments, ideally in a regulated industry.
- Strong experience gathering, analysing, and documenting business and data requirements across the full project delivery lifecycle.
- Good understanding of Business Analysis methodologies and delivery approaches including Agile, Scrum, and/or Prince2.
- Strong data analysis skills, including experience with SQL, data modelling, reporting, and visualisation tools such as Power BI, Snowflake, or ETL platforms.
- Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data and business needs into actionable insights and solutions.
