We are seeking a qualified Litigation Lawyer to deliver high-volume customer litigation and lead a team of six paralegals. The successful candidate will have strong litigation expertise, a passion for people leadership, and a genuine commitment to customer outcomes.
Requirements
- A qualified lawyer with at least 3 years' PQE in financial litigation
- Experience leading and developing teams, with a proven track record of managing paralegals or similar case-handling professionals
- A solid working knowledge of the CCA, CPR, and FCA regulations (CONC/DISP) and the ability to apply them confidently in a fast-paced environment
