We are looking for a passionate Assistant Store Manager to join our VANS team based in our store in Málaga (McArthur Glen) to support the Store Manager and contribute to the success of the store. The role offers opportunities for development and growth within a global organization.
Requirements
- Motivating, mentoring, and coaching sales associates
- Assisting in implementing retail processes and improving them
- Maintaining inventory and P&L records
