Vans: Floor Supervisor - The Avenues Mall

The Vans Floor Supervisor will be responsible for maximizing store sales, achieving sales goals, and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. They will assist in coaching and supervision of the store team and provide sales-related feedback and coaching to associates. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the Van Doren Spirit and be driven by a spirit of ingenuity and a desire to make a difference in the lives of customers and colleagues.

Requirements

• Ability to coach and motivate a team to excel at sales & profit results, meet business goals by driving results through the store team
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business; will require weekends, evenings, and holidays
• 1+ years of experience in retail preferred but not required
• Proven communication skills, both written and verbal
• Solution oriented mindset and ability to be flexible in a fast-paced environment
