The Renewal Specialist will drive customer retention and revenue growth within the Account Management department at Vanta. The role involves managing the renewal process for customers with up to 10 employees, ensuring a seamless renewal experience and identifying opportunities for expansion.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related customer-facing closing role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong communication skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Comfortable with data and metrics-driven decision making
