Vanta is a company that helps businesses earn and prove trust by monitoring and verifying security continuously. The Customer Success Manager will play a key role in guiding customers through their security and compliance journeys with Vanta's specialized solutions.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Customer Success at a SaaS company
- Extensive experience with high-end exposure to C-level executives
- Ability to build strong trusted relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Technical competency to understand Vanta's software and build great relationships with highly technical customers
