As our first Leadership Recruiter at Vanta, you’ll help shape the future of our leadership team and build a scalable leadership recruiting function. This is a high-impact role for someone who’s excited to partner directly with C-suite and VP-level leaders to define roles, influence hiring strategy, and bring in high-impact talent across both technical and non-technical functions.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in recruiting with at least 3+ years working on leadership level roles
- Executive Closing - Proven ability to handle complex compensation scenarios and close against top talent competitors for both technical and non-technical leadership roles
- Executive Client Management - Prior experience working directly with and maintaining strong relationships with C-Level executives and founders.
- Sourcing / Market Intelligence - Strong business acumen across a variety of tech industries and companies.
- Autonomy & Growth Minded - Able to handle and distill ambiguity, influencing and driving developing leadership roles from scratch.
- Critical Thinking / Intellectual Curiosity - Data driven and analytical mindset and operating style.
- Open to using AI to amplify their skills and strengthen their work - demonstrating curiosity, a willingness to learn, and sound judgment in applying AI responsibly to improve efficiency and impact.
