As a Senior Analyst, GTM Analytics at Vanta, you will serve as a strategic analytics partner to our go-to-market organization, with a focus on Overlay teams including Channel, Specialty Sales, Sales Engineering, and Value Engineering. You will use structured analysis and strong business judgment to help leaders understand performance drivers, prioritize investment, and improve revenue outcomes.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in GTM/sales analytics, consulting, investment banking, or a comparable analytical role in B2B SaaS
- Proven ability to own complex analyses that influence pipeline, productivity, or revenue outcomes
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and strong experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker)
- Working knowledge of Salesforce data structures and core GTM metrics
- Ability to structure ambiguous business questions and translate large datasets into clear, actionable recommendations
- Strong cross-functional partnership skills across Sales, RevOps, Finance, and Overlay teams
- Clear communicator who can tailor insights for both executive and technical audiences
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Business, or related field
- Open to using AI to amplify their skills and strengthen their work - demonstrating curiosity, a willingness to learn, and sound judgment in applying AI responsibly to improve efficiency and impact.
