Job Description
Vanta is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead the Privacy & Data Security team and drive significant impact for customers and business. The role involves building a best-in-class engineering team, setting direction, and guiding technical strategy.
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional experience in a full-time engineering manager role
- Strong decision maker with ability to balance ambiguity, data, speed, and quality
- Experience developing or driving engineering-wide initiatives
- Prior experience managing complex, long-term projects
- Effective communicator and story-teller with ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
