Job Description
As a Senior Fullstack Software Engineer on the Product Platform - Collaboration team, you'll build user-facing products and reusable platform components that make it seamless for Vanta customers to collaborate and complete GRC and trust management tasks. The Collaboration team empowers Vanta customers and internal engineering teams alike.
Requirements
- Lead and execute projects with multiple stakeholders to build collaborative platform features used across Vanta's product
- Design and build high-quality, reusable APIs and UI components that other engineering teams easily adopt
- Partner with product, design, and engineering teams to understand requirements and deliver cross-cutting features
- Participate in on-call rotation to ensure system reliability and respond to incidents
- Conduct thorough code reviews and mentor engineers to elevate team practices
- Contribute to Vanta's engineering culture and technical direction as we scale
