At Vanta, our mission is to help businesses earn and prove trust. As an Strategic Solutions Engineer, you’ll lead the technical discussion with our mid-market customer base & VIP logos side-by-side with our Enterprise Sales team.
Requirements
- Own the technical relationship with our customers, including partnering with Account Executive to provide prospects with a seamless onboarding and adoption experience
- Support and assist the Sales team with aspects of the process including security reviews, implementation plans, technical qualification calls, and quarterly business reviews
- Develop a deep understanding of our product capabilities, integrations, configurations messaging, partner ecosystem, and competitive landscape
- Listen carefully to customers to provide market feedback to the product team and help prioritize functionality needed to drive opportunities within our Upmarket segment
- Build product examples, documentation, and other critical resources for our customers side by side with product, Success, and other stakeholders
- Cultivate an environment of teamwork, openness, creativity, and continuous improvement
