Senior Product Manager, Data & Insights

Vantaca is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of its analytics platform, IQ, which uses AI to provide insights and drive business outcomes for community management companies.

Requirements

• AI-Native Product Management experience
• Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to accelerate product work
• Experience building interactive prototypes using AI-powered tools
• Experience engaging with various models using first party and third party data
• Comfortable leveraging LLMs for research, synthesis, and communication
• Strong data science or technical foundation
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or equivalent platforms
• Proven ability to translate business problems into data requirements and then into product specs
• Strong communication skills
• Experience in financial services, PropTech, or vertical SaaS is a plus
• Comfort operating in a high-growth, fast-moving environment
