Job Description
Vantage Construction Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager with 1-3 years’ experience in commercial construction. The ideal candidate will assist a project management team in managing a successful commercial construction project, possess strong organizational and problem-solving skills, and have a strong understanding of construction methods.
Requirements
- Interaction with clients, design professionals, subcontractors, and the project management team.
- Assisting with estimating, preparing bid packages, and financial coding.
- Learning Procore Management software and developing CPM schedules.
- Understanding of construction requirements, contracts, and submittals.
- Basic math/accounting skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
