Job Description
Review invoices, check requests, and payments to verify validity, accuracy, and proper authorization. Provide supporting documentation and reports for annual audits. Make recommendations to improve processes and provide excellent member service.
Requirements
- Familiarity with accounts payable process and software
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Exceptional time-management abilities with effective task prioritization
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with strong organizational abilities
- Strong member service orientation with excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to follow established procedures with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to perform occasional physical tasks associated with backup duties
