Job Description
Assist team members and borrowers in processing Mortgage Loan Applications, engage with management and third-party vendors, and oversee loan processing tasks.
Requirements
- Three years of first mortgage loan processing experience
- Ability to oversee a pipeline of 25+ conventional files per month
- Experience with Encompass LOS software
- Secondary market experience preferred
- Excellent oral, written, and listening skills
- Ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines
