Job Description
The Personal Teller Center Coordinator assists with the daily management of Personal Teller Center operations and agents to ensure accuracy, service quality, and efficiency. They develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the hardware, software, and processes that comprise Personal Teller Center functions and services. They provide exceptional member service and meet or exceed individual service levels, productivity, and quality standards.
Requirements
- Excellent math/analytical ability
- Sales ability and cross-selling skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to use 10-key
- Good written and verbal communication skills
