Connections Manager, EMEA

The Energy Connections Manager for the EMEA region is responsible for overseeing and managing the entire process of connecting new and existing data centres, generators, or developments to electricity, gas, and heat networks. The role requires strong expertise in contract negotiation and management, as well as technical and regulatory duties.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Law, Business, or a relevant field; advanced qualifications advantageous.
• Proven experience in contract negotiation and management within the energy sector, ideally across the EMEA region.
• Strong understanding of legislation, codes, and regulatory frameworks governing energy networks and commercial agreements.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Analytical and detail-oriented approach to contract and project management
• Strong organizational and time management capabilities
