Job Description
Vantage Data Centers is seeking a Construction Manager to manage and drive success on new and ongoing construction projects in the Texas market. The role involves overseeing all aspects of construction, from pre-construction to project closeout, and requires autonomy and independent discretion. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in managing construction projects and a degree in Construction Management or a related field.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, similar field, or equivalent experience
- 5 years of experience in managing construction projects of increasing complexity required, 7+ years preferred
- Data Center experience is a strongly preferred
- Experience in CSA (civil, structural, architectural) and MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) construction management is a requirement
