Job Description
Vantage Data Centers is seeking a Construction Manager to manage and drive success on new and ongoing small-, medium-, and large-scale construction projects within the Wisconsin market. The Construction Manager will have full lifecycle ownership of technically complex construction projects, with a strong emphasis on engineering coordination, system integration, and execution excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Structural), Construction Management, or a closely related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing construction projects of increasing technical complexity; 7+ years preferred
- Data center or mission-critical facility experience strongly preferred
- Demonstrated experience managing both CSA (civil, structural, architectural) and MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) construction scopes
- Strong ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical standards
