Director, Construction, NA

Vantage Data Centers is looking for a Director of Construction to provide overall leadership for its growing project management team and key internal stakeholders. The role will oversee new development, design, entitlement/permitting, and all aspects of construction, and will be based onsite at one of Vantage's locations in Texas.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or similar field
• 7-10 years of experience in a management role, 10-15 years preferred
• Complex and technical construction experience required
• Data Center experience preferred
• CSA and MEP construction management experience required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools like MS Project or P6
• Travel expected to be 15-30% but may increase over time
