Manager, Critical Facilities, NA

Vantage Data Centers is seeking a Manager, Chief Engineer to oversee the operation of their data center campus in New Albany, OH. The successful candidate will manage a team of Senior Level Specialists and Facility Technicians, ensuring the efficient 24/7/365 operation of facility equipment and systems. The role requires extensive experience in mission-critical facilities, strong technical writing skills, and excellent customer service experience.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of hands-on maintenance/repair/installation/commissioning level experience in mission-critical facilities
• At least 2 years of leadership/management experience in mission-critical infrastructure environments
• Complete understanding and working knowledge of 2N Data Center/Critical Facility infrastructure, systems, operations, maintenance, and emergency responses
• Strong technical writing skills and experience creating, coordinating, updating, and/or modifying MOP/EOP/SOPs for critical facilities equipment
• Excellent customer service experience with the ability to engage customers at the site
