Reliability Engineer, Electrical Systems, NA

The Reliability Engineer for Electrical Systems is responsible for ensuring the overall functional health of critical power systems. This role includes oversight of facility acceptance testing, electrical system maintenance planning, and providing technical support to Site Operations. The ideal candidate will be fully familiar with electrical systems arrangements, equipment types, protection components, switchgear automation and control components, onsite power generation, and critical power distribution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related field or equivalent field experience
• 2-3 years of experience in critical facility operations and maintenance
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Occasional travel up to 25%
