Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Director, Talent Acquisition, NA to lead the North America region and develop and execute large-scale operational excellence and alignment with global TA strategy. This role will be based hybrid at one of our approved Vantage locations (3 days in, 2 days out).
Requirements
- 10+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, including leadership of multiple regions or a large-scale regional operation.
- Experience leading large-scale teams, ideally with a mix of people leaders and individual contributors.
- Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and ability to influence executives.
- Proven track record in scaling recruiting operations and implementing technology/AI solutions.
- Strong global mindset and ability to align multiple regions while accommodating local nuances.
- Direct experience in the data center industry is preferred; however, candidates from adjacent or comparable industries are highly valued.
- Possess exceptional knowledge in recruiting technology stack, AI, and ATS systems.
