Job Description
Vantage Data Centers is looking for a Senior Manager, Project Delivery to oversee the construction and delivery of projects on time and within budget. The role will involve coordination with internal and external teams, contractor management, and ensuring compliance with local regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or similar field, or equivalent experience
- 10 to 12 years of experience in a management role required
- Complex and technical construction experience is required
- Data Center experience is preferred
- Experience in CSA (civil, structural, architectural) and/or MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) construction management is a requirement
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools like MS Project or P6
- Experience developing executive level presentations
- Substantial project management experience preferred with PMP certification
