Senior Project Engineer, NA

Vantage Data Centers is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to manage core project coordination efforts across various construction projects for the West Texas market. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in project engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a similar field.

Requirements

• Manage submittal and RFI processing
• Coordinate VDC led meetings and transcribe meeting minutes
• Oversee OFCI equipment release and commissioning
• Ensure project compliance with Vantage document controls
• Administer project closeout specifications
• Manage the Vantage safety program
• Translate job requirements to execution with minimal supervision
• Assist construction manager in preparing financial updates
• Manage contractor billing process
• Review change orders for accuracy of scope and costs
• Manage Vantage vendors to ensure successful completion of their scope
• Work closely with Operations to coordinate ongoing construction activities
